As Marketing & Brand Manager and Project Lead for this event at allygatr, I had the privilege of being part of something truly extraordinary: the InspireHR – Female Founders Stage, co-hosted with the Grace Accelerator. This wasn’t just another pitch competition – it was an experience that left a lasting impact on everyone involved. For me personally, it was one of the most fulfilling and energizing events I’ve ever worked on so far.

A Stage Full of Innovation and Appreciation

The atmosphere at the event was absolutely electrifying. From the very start, you could feel the immense appreciation in the room – toward the ideas, the female founders, and the bold vision of the event itself. Our audience consisted of HR professionals actively searching for innovative tools and solutions to bring to their companies.

What stood out to me the most was the overwhelmingly positive feedback we received throughout the day. Attendees, investors, and founders were buzzing with excitement. The energy in the room was contagious, with everyone genuinely invested in the pitches and eager to learn more. It was clear that we were all driven by the same goal: advancing the future of HR through innovation and empowerment.

A Standout Audience and a Game-Changing Format

It was the first event of its kind – live investments on stage combined with candid, constructive feedback. What made this experience so unique was the live feedback from investors happening in real-time, on stage, in front of everyone. This format created an atmosphere where founders not only had the chance to pitch their ideas, but also to immediately understand how they resonated with investors and the broader audience.

From a project management perspective, executing this innovative format was both a challenge and a privilege. It allowed us at allygatr to showcase our vision while breaking new ground in how pitch events can be organized. We couldn’t have done it without the incredible partnership of Grace Accelerator, whose support and collaboration made the event the success it was.

Living Our allygatr Values: Supportive, Visionary, Edgy, Free and Hungry

At allygatr, our values define who we are and how we work. The InspireHR – Female Founders Stage was the perfect embodiment of everything we stand for.

The collaboration with Grace Accelerator was an example of being Supportive. From start to finish, the teamwork was seamless, and we pushed each other to deliver an outstanding event.

Being Visionary and Edgy were essential elements of the event’s success. We dared to try something new and bold, by introducing a format that had never been done before. Live investments, public feedback, and real-time discussions took the concept of a pitch event to the next level. It was edgy, fresh, and most importantly, it worked.

One value that particularly stood out for me was Free. This event was about giving a platform to ideas that had potential, regardless of background or prior achievements. We were open to every possibility, and that’s what made the event so exciting. It was all about the value of the ideas themselves and the impact they could have on the future of HR.

Finally, we were Hungry – hungry for the best, most innovative HR tech solutions founded by women in Germany. And we weren’t disappointed. The founders on stage brought their A-game, showcasing not only innovation but also the passion and determination that comes with wanting to make a real difference.

A Look Toward the Future

At the end of the day, the InspireHR Female Founders Stage was a celebration of female entrepreneurship, innovation, and the power of community. It was a clear statement that the future of HR tech is bright, diverse, and driven by visionary women ready to disrupt the status quo.

For me, it was an honor to be part of this journey. Working alongside Grace Accelerator and seeing how our values at allygatr came to life in this event was incredibly rewarding.

And the best part? This is just the beginning. We’re hungry for more – more ideas, more solutions, and more opportunities to shape the future of HR. And after the success of this event, I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us next.
